Pax Dei 1.0 for Founders

    Hello Paxians,

    We’ve finally announced the release date for Pax Dei 1.0: October 16, 2025. That’s right, it’s happening! As we enter the final days of Early Access, we wanted to take a moment to talk directly to you, our Early Access players, our Founders.

    We have been in Early Access for over a year now, which has allowed us to see the world of Pax Dei come alive, improve the game, and expand its scope. None of this, truly none of it, would have been possible without you. From the bottom of our hearts: thank you!

    Founders’ Benefits

    Now let’s talk about what’s coming for you, Founders, at release. 

    • First of all, as an Early Access player - or Founder - you do not need to purchase the game again. You already own it.

    • Based on the Founder’s Pack you purchased, you’ll also keep your character slots, Founder’s Discord role, cosmetic recipes, and will be granted 1 to 4 Plot Tokens and 1 to 4 months of Premium Status.

    • We’ve also decided to grant each Founder 200 to 800 points of Grace to help get you (re)started.

    Surprises for you

    That’s not all! To celebrate the release of Pax Dei 1.0, we’ve prepared a few additional surprises for all our Founders (Journeyman, Artisan, or Master - it doesn’t matter). Check it out:

    • 3 exclusive recipes will be added, for all Founders and Founders only, with the 1.0 release: the Griffin Wind Vane, the Griffin Chest, and the Griffin Relief Panel. 

    • Head start: as a Founder, you can play on 1.0 game servers as soon as October 14, two days before the official release. Take advantage of this extra time to secure a first pick on character names, clan names, and your favorite spot in the world. 

    • An extra copy of Pax Dei: final treat, everyone who owns a Founder’s Pack will be offered one extra free Steam copy of the Pax Dei base game. That’s right, a full copy of the game to invite a friend along. We will share the details on how to redeem the free copy soon. This offer is valid from October 14, 2025, to November 16, 2025. Don’t miss it!

    Additional information

    • Wipe: at release, everyone will start on new shards, and all characters, plots, inventories, skills, etc. from Early Access will be deleted and reset. That’s the final wipe of our Early Access, and there won’t be any other wipe after Pax Dei 1.0 is released.

      • We will communicate the complete list of available shards at a later date.

    • Pax Dei Launcher: on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, the Pax Dei Launcher will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access the game this way. All players currently using the launcher have already received a Steam key via email, sent to the address linked to their Pax Dei account, to continue playing. All Founder’s Pack benefits, as well as the Gallia Gargoyle recipe, will remain available.

    • Last call: If you’re interested in the exclusive perks included in the Founder’s Packs, they are currently on sale on our website and Steam. Founder’s Packs are available until October 6. Check them out before they disappear!
